What You’ll Do

As the Spa Services Coordinator, you’ll be the first and last impression of our spa—ensuring every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and confident in their visit.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones, responding professionally, and assisting guests with questions

• Scheduling appointments accurately and efficiently

• Confirming upcoming appointments and managing daily schedule flow

• Greeting clients, checking them in and out smoothly

• Supporting providers by keeping the front desk organized and running on time

• Educating guests on service options and recommending future visits

• Encouraging and securing rebooking at checkout (client retention focus)

• Maintaining a calm, friendly environment even during busy times

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is professional, personable, and motivated—someone who can balance hospitality with confidence and follow-through.

Ideal candidates have:

• Strong customer service skills and a welcoming personality

• Excellent communication (phone + in-person) and attention to detail

• Comfort with scheduling software, multitasking, and staying organized

• A natural ability to connect with people and build trust

• A passion for wellness, skincare, or the spa industry

Preferred (but not required):

• Spa, salon, medspa, or wellness experience

• Sales or client retention experience (rebooking, memberships, upgrades, etc.)
